Refund and Returns Policy

At Sparknaapo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand how our process works.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags).
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors, and soles must remain clean and undamaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized shoes (if applicable)
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@sparknaapo.com or call us at (479) 632-3549 to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
- Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. For any questions or assistance with exchanges, feel free to contact our customer service team.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by offering a replacement, repairing the item, or issuing a full refund. Please send photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, when contacting us.
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
8. International Returns
For international orders, the return policy is the same as domestic returns. However, customers are responsible for any international return shipping costs. Please also note that international duties and taxes are non-refundable.
