- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders or product availability.
2. Shipping Methods and Fees
We offer a variety of shipping methods based on your location and preferences. The available options will be presented to you during checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method you select, the delivery location, and the size of your order.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days (domestic U.S. orders). For international orders, delivery may take longer depending on the destination country.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery. Typically takes 1-3 business days (domestic U.S. orders).
- International Shipping: We offer shipping to select international destinations. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination country.
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout, and you will be notified of the cost before you confirm your purchase.
3. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Orders: We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Orders: We offer international shipping to a variety of countries. However, shipping availability and rates will depend on the delivery address. Please note that international shipping may incur additional duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated after your order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: Delivery times for standard shipping are generally between 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping typically takes 1-3 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen. Delivery can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.
Please keep in mind that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather delays, carrier issues, or customs processing for international shipments.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen delays due to circumstances such as weather conditions, high order volume, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you and assist in tracking the shipment.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we do understand how frustrating this can be, and we encourage you to contact the carrier directly with the tracking information to resolve the issue. If the carrier is unable to assist you, please contact us at info@sparknaapo.com, and we will do our best to help.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package, we will issue a refund for the product but will not refund shipping costs. Additional shipping fees may apply if you wish to have the package reshipped.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. 9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other charges may apply once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

- Customs Delays: Shipments to international destinations may experience delays due to customs inspections. We are not responsible for such delays.
10. Shipping Address Changes
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order to ensure accuracy. If you need to update the shipping address before your order is shipped, please contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to accommodate the change.
11. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy. We may request photographic evidence of the damaged item and shipping box. If your order is incorrect or damaged, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
